Billy, Mandy, and the Flowers

I was bored and I decided to use the two reference pictures of Billy that I have. (which is usually not enough) It turned out ok I guess. That background is what's really interesting; it almost looks like I did it with watercolors instead of colored pencils. Awesome. ^^
